Can we test a plan before committing?
Yes. Just book our Orientation package. It's like our getting-to-know-you date. After that, you'll know if we're a good fit. And with most clients it works out — but everyone has to decide that for themselves.
Are the implementation of measures included in the prices?
No. We advise, plan, and coach. The actual implementation — new machines, process changes, supplier switches — that's done by your team or external contractors. But we help you plan it wisely so your budget doesn't get out of hand.
How long does a project like this usually take?
That varies a lot. A small business often needs 3–4 months until the first real change. Larger companies should plan for 12–18 months. We build that realistically together with you.
Are there discounts if we work together for multiple years?
Yes. From the second contract year onwards, we reduce costs by 15%. And if you book our Enterprise package, we negotiate hourly rates individually — the longer the partnership, the fairer for you.
